• Technical Design Documents: Authored approved design docs for User Input v2 (signed off by Google Tech Lead Felix Arntz & Lead PM Mariya Moeva) delivering state persistence and Key Metrics integration; and Ad Blocking Recovery (ABR) signed off by Google PM and Evan Mattson (Associate Director of Engineering, 10up).
• Architecture & Process: Led the Existing Tags Simplification epic (createExistingTagStore), instituted the team-wide Mid-Point Review process to minimize review cycles, and won the 10up Summit "Uppie" Award (Reykjavik, Iceland, 2023) for engineering excellence.

Spearheaded architecture and core engineering for a high-resilience Discord media platform and its multi-tenant SaaS evolution.

• Externalized Streaming Pipeline: Overhauled audio streaming to withstand YouTube rate-limiting and 403 Forbidden throttling by engineering an isolated daemon integrating yt-dlp and FFmpeg, achieving a >90% reduction in stream dropouts and throttling.
• Worker Coordination: Designed dynamic bot worker coordination, enabling multiple bot instances to stream across multiple voice channels concurrently under a unified controller.
• Distributed Sharding & Hosted Jasper: Implemented runtime identity, sharding, and graceful drain contracts, along with per-guild concurrency leases to isolate gateway intents from worker execution; architected the logically multi-tenant SaaS control plane for zero-token community onboarding while preserving open self-hosting.
• Interactive Web Client: Built a real-time Next.js web application (apps/web) with synchronized seek bars, alongside a typed Plugin SDK and checksum-tracked PostgreSQL migrations.

Spearheaded physical healthcare operations and clinical software engineering—co-founding an outpatient rehabilitation clinic on CRP Road in Savar, and architecting fully managed client clinical systems via Purrfect Software Limited (PSL).

• Motion Mechanics Clinic Launch & Ops (Oct 2025 – Sep 2026): Co-founded an outpatient physical rehabilitation clinic on CRP Road in Savar; co-managed commercial lease negotiations, clinical space buildout, specialized medical hardware procurement, and clinical team staffing (18-person multi-disciplinary team across 3 clinical specialties: Neurology, MSK, and Paediatrics).
• mm-website Clinical Platform: Architected proprietary clinic platform using Next.js 15, Turborepo, tRPC, Prisma ORM, PostgreSQL, TanStack Query, and Tailwind CSS with custom GCP re-auth wrappers and automated secrets deployment.
• Sunshine Physio Platform (Sep 2026 – Present): Fully managed client project delivered via Purrfect Software Limited (purrfectsoft/sunshine-physio-webapp): clinical triage and appointment scheduling across Next.js 16 web and React Native / Expo mobile with bilingual localization (English/Bengali).

Built and open-sourced a zero-trust developer secret synchronization CLI adopted across multi-repo engineering workflows.

• Implemented hexagonal architecture with DomainPorts, transactional outbox pattern, Fastify REST APIs, and Discord approval workflows.

Engineered a multi-node distributed Linux/Wayland workspace mesh connecting Arch Linux desktop, laptop, and Steam Deck.

• Configured KRDP Wayland virtual monitors, remote PTY execution, and Linda Tuplespace batching for seamless multi-display distributed computing. Built Qualcomm 4G LTE Linux modem daemon (mislty) with PipeWire 8kHz narrowband cellular voice bridge.
